Do you need reliable marking directly on the production line?
In continuous extrusion operations, every line stop is costly and unproductive. Conventional printing systems often fail when the extrusion speed fluctuates or require frequent maintenance, leading to print distortion or code dropouts. We bring you a robust system that is designed for continuous operation (nonstop). Intelligent control ensures that the code always remains sharp, no matter how fast your profile moves under the print head.
The special print head for extrusion lines uses an alternating 2:1 printing ratio, which allows for uninterrupted printing. This ensures that at least 50% of the ink remains in one cartridge when the other reaches empty. By alternating the two print heads, users can replace or clean the cartridges without interrupting production.

Dynamic synchronization

Thanks to an advanced control unit, the system immediately responds to any changes in line speed, eliminating the risk of poor-quality or blurry printing.

Water-, solvent- and polymer-based inks. Perfect adhesion to absorbent and non-absorbent materials — cardboard, plastic, metal, glass, foil and Tyvek.
