Ink technology

What does solvent composition mean?
This type of ink uses an advanced formula based on highly volatile carrier solvents, which play a key role in the adhesion process. When applied to the material, these solvents initiate a microscopic reaction that causes a very gentle but effective disruption of the surface layer of the substrate.
This process of "opening" the material structure allows the pigments contained to penetrate deeper below its surface. As the solvent evaporates immediately after contact with the material, the pigment becomes an integral part of the substrate, ensuring high resistance to abrasion, chemical influences and demanding external conditions. The result is a durable, sharp print that does not just dry on the surface on non-absorbent surfaces, but literally connects with it.

Applications and uses

Put TOP INK into practice: which materials is the ink suitable for
Choosing the right ink is the basis for the durability of your marking. We have prepared a clear application matrix for you to help you verify whether TOP INK is the ideal candidate for your specific surface. The rating given takes into account not only the adhesion of the ink, but also its durability in demanding operating conditions. If you are not sure about the compatibility with your specific material, do not hesitate to contact us for a professional consultation or a free print test.
