Electronics development and design

We provide custom development from schematic design to the final device. Thanks to our own 3D printer and SolidWorks software, we can also design and manufacture covers, handles, and functional chassis elements.

Prototype and small-batch production

We specialize in prototype production and smaller verification series. Where others refuse, we start. We usually and gladly carry out orders up to 200 pieces with a very fast response.

Series production and assembly

We have a modern machinery park for large series. We provide the complete process: purchasing components, machine and manual assembly (SMT, THT, BGA), soldering and final assembly.

Cable harnesses and connectors

Along with electronics production, we also offer the production of small cable harnesses for connecting printed circuit boards, including precise machine pressing of connectors.

Technological capabilities and specifications

Technology you can rely on
We perform assembly on all commonly available materials. We apply solder paste by automatic screen printing and use proven materials in lead-free and lead-containing versions exactly according to your specifications.
  • PCB materials: FR4, IMS Al, IMS Cu, Rigid-flex, Rogers, PCL370HR and others.
  • Mounting technology: SMT, THT, BGA (machine and precise manual mounting).
  • Soldering methods: Reflow, machine soldering with tin wave, selective or overflow wave. For manual soldering: top-quality Weller solders, micro soldering, hot air.
  • Washing and cleaning: Ultrasonic machine dishwasher, manual IPA washing. We apply double washing and double rinsing technology for absolute cleanliness.
  • Protection and fixation: Varnishing of modules (Conformal coating), potting of electronics with two-component compound, gluing of larger components.

Quality Control and Traceability

Zero tolerance for errors and perfect traceability
There is no room for error in critical applications. Our quality management and production traceability system is designed to meet the highest standards across industries – from general electronics to aerospace. This gives you not only the certainty of flawless assembly, but also a detailed overview of every module produced.
  • 100% Optical Inspection: Optical inspection of the assembly is our absolute standard. For simpler PCBs, our experienced operators perform a careful inspection under microscopes.
  • Traceability: As manufacturers of our own industrial printers, identification is in our blood. We mark the manufactured modules with bar or datamatrix codes as standard.
  • Laser marking: We have our own laser equipment for marking PCBs and a special UV laser for marking chips and cables (used, for example, in the aerospace industry).

  • Industrial Security: We are able to operate in the classified information protection mode. We process technical specifications and production in both RESTRICTED and CONFIDENTIAL modes.
  • TEMPEST Standards: We know and respect a set of standards for protection against compromising electromagnetic radiation (prevention of remote eavesdropping of electronics).
  • Increased durability: For these applications, we use advanced painting (Conformal coating) and two-component potting for maximum durability in extreme conditions as standard.

Your electronics deserve the best treatment until the end. We pack them in anti-static packaging as standard and ship them in transport boxes that are safely lined against damage from all sides.

On our laser cutting plotter, we can produce special foam padding exactly tailored to your product. Using multi-colored foam, we create not only the most secure, but also a highly designed package that will emphasize the value of your device.
