2005
Heavy weight in industry
Successful production and installation of robust crane and drive-through scales, which confirmed our strong position in the field of industrial weighing.
2006
Weighbridges on the scene
We continue to dominate the weighing systems market. We have implemented the production and installation of reliable weighbridges for precise weighing of heavy equipment.
2007
A leap in assembly technologies
A fundamental investment in our own technological background. The acquisition of an SMT machine and a service station for BGA technology started the era of custom assembly and independent development of electronics.
2008
The birth of our own brand and a revolution in egg printing
The start of the development of TIJ printers under the TS Electronics Zlín banner. We launched the first built-in TSjet unit with an HP cartridge and a 3.2" display. For egg printing, we developed a unique parallel arrangement of heads and a lightweight aluminum construction with a "gravity zero" system, which guarantees safe printing without damaging the shell.
2009
Timeless architecture and helicopter weighing
A fundamental innovation in the hardware of the TSjet control unit brought about an advanced architecture that became the reliable foundation of our printers for the next 17 years. At the same time, the scales division excelled with a custom system for three-point weighing and precise helicopter balancing.
2010
Solutions for cleanrooms
Introduction of an all-stainless steel control unit with a built-in power supply and a stainless steel print head, ideal for the demanding hygienic conditions of the food and pharmaceutical industries.
2011
Dynamic printing and barcodes
A significant software shift brought the possibility of printing dynamic objects (date, time, counters) and linear 1D barcodes in real time.
2012
Modular systems and focus on TIJ
Development of our own mounting elements from aluminum profiles for easy installation in lines. After successfully testing prototypes of large-character DOD (Valvejet) printing, we made a strategic decision to fully focus on precision systems with HP cartridges.
2013
Remote administration and scales for healthcare
Launch of the first remote printer control via the Controlweb application. The scales division successfully launched serial production of the ultra-low and lightweight VIV 200 weighing platform for immobile patients.
2014
Switch to Android and the wireless revolution
A fundamental change in the software architecture and development of the Printcontroller application on the Android platform. We launched the production of the BTjet Bluetooth unit controlled from a tablet and introduced compact and dual print heads for hard-to-reach places.
2015
New markets thanks to solvent inks
The advent of top-quality TOP-CLASS solvent inks enabled printing on non-absorbent materials with an extended drying time (decap time) of up to 48 hours. We enriched the software with printing of 2D codes from databases and introduced a cross-printing system for packaging lines.
2016
Connectivity and mobile printing PistolJet
Expanding network options with WiFi (WIjet) and Ethernet (LANjet). We launched series production of the popular handheld printer PistolJet with a built-in display and a print height of over 50 mm.
2017
Increasing mechanical accuracy
A new line of Advanced line printheads with a milled aluminum glider for maximum accuracy was created. The weighing division introduced an advanced strain gauge system for monitoring the filling of up to 16 silos simultaneously.
2018
Multipack systems for vertical lines
Installation of multiple printheads (up to 12 rows) for vertical packaging machines. At the same time, we started hardware development for the revolutionary one-inch printheads.
2019
UV LED technology and motorized stages
Opening up new possibilities with UV LED curable inks and fully integrated UV unit control. For manual workstations, we developed a printing table with motorized print head travel.
2020
Expansion into pharmacy and wireless weighing
Targeting the healthcare industry with dynamic printing of Datamatrix codes according to GS1 standards in high resolution of 600 dpi. The scales division introduced a system of wireless weighing cubes with a total capacity of up to 120 tons.
