Ink technology

What does hybrid composition mean?
STANDARD INK represents a huge step forward compared to classic water-based inks. Its innovative hybrid formula cleverly combines the advantages of pigment and dye with advanced additives. This synergy ensures immediate and deep penetration into absorbent materials. It is the ideal and modern replacement for the original oil-based inks – more reliable, cleaner and with a much sharper result.
  • Ink type: Hybrid (improved water-based with additives)
  • Drying time: 1–2 seconds
  • Printing distance: up to 3 mm
  • Decap time: Long (1 h and more)
  • Durability: One year from data filling
  • Operating conditions: 15 °C to 35 °C

Available varieties of STANDARD INK inks

Ink Type Color Markup sample Description Dry time Decap time Drying method
COMFORT BLACK Black ukazka ukazky černé smernice Premium black hybrid ink combines the advantages of dyes and pigments to achieve deep black density even at low resolution. Thanks to its advanced formulation, it offers excellent water resistance, high lightfastness and significantly extended decap time, which increases print reliability and reduces maintenance requirements. It is an ideal choice for porous and semi-porous surfaces, while being RoHS compliant and PFAS-free. 1-2 seconds 60 min Air
STANDARD BLACK Black ukazka ukazny smerení em ink Economical black ink based on soluble dyes is optimized for high optical contrast and reliable readability. It is designed for standard industrial applications such as marking cardboard, paper or wood, and achieves high water resistance on porous and semi-porous materials. 1-2 seconds 60 min Air
COMFORT BLUE Blue ink marking example A rich, water-based acrylic ink uses modern acrylic chemistry and pigments to provide excellent lightfastness and high resistance to water abrasion. The rich blue hue achieves superior contrast on demanding porous and semi-porous substrates. The ink is RoHS compliant and PFAS-free. 1–2 seconds 60 min Air
COMFORT GREEN Green ink marking example Specialized green dye-based ink is an effective solution for applications requiring color coding. It provides excellent optical contrast and high print density on a wide range of materials, including cardboard, wood, paper and non-woven fabrics, while requiring no IR heating for fast drying. 1-2 seconds 60 min Air
COMFORT RED Red ink marking example Professional red ink is designed for maximum contrast of rich color, making it an ideal choice for inspection systems using contrast sensors. Thanks to its advanced formula, it ensures high-density and easily identifiable printing on porous and semi-porous materials, such as packaging or non-woven fabrics. The ink is RoHS compliant, PFAS-free and does not require IR heating. 1–2 seconds 60 min Air
COMFORT LD BLACK Black ukazka ukazní sem činnosti A hybrid acrylic ink for high durability combines the best properties of pigment and dye technologies. Thanks to its acrylic base, it offers deep density, excellent lightfastness and extreme water resistance on porous and semi-porous media. This fast-drying ink does not require IR drying, is RoHS compliant and completely PFAS-free. 1-2 seconds 60 min Air
NORMAL BLACK Black ink marking example The universal ink is optimized for mailing, VDI applications and precise printing from databases. Thanks to its formula, it guarantees sharp contours for QR codes and small fonts, while showing excellent adhesion to water-based varnish products and PVC cards. The ink is designed for semi-porous and non-porous media and requires IR drying to achieve optimal results. 1–2 seconds 5 min Infrared radiation
